No. Every editing pack is a one-time purchase and never auto-renews.
What happens when we choose a pack?+
The direct-purchase button opens that pack’s secure Stripe checkout. Stripe emails the receipt and returns you to the BWC onboarding checklist. BWC verifies the order before production or a private Frame.io project begins.
How do we share files?+
After BWC verifies the order and payment, the team manually creates a separate private Frame.io project for the new client. A request alone does not create a project.
What should we prepare?+
Bring your business name, social handles, audience, goal, desired CTA, brand voice, fonts, colors, logo, reference edits, footage links, music direction, subtitle language, important deadlines, and confirmation that you have rights and consent for everything supplied.
How much footage can we send?+
For 10-, 20-, and 30-credit packs, there is no hourly footage cap. Send the relevant existing footage and BWC’s professional-dancer editors will find the strongest usable moments. The $50 starter offer requires you to select the two clips.
What does one credit include?+
One credit creates one final 9:16 vertical video up to 3 minutes, with hook, storytelling and pacing, on-screen text and subtitles, sound design, basic color correction, brand details, an optional CTA ending, and a complimentary ready-to-post caption.
How does delivery work?+
Larger packs arrive in rolling batches of 5 through your private Frame.io project. The first batch arrives within 7 business days; following batches usually arrive every 5–7 business days depending on feedback.
How many revisions are included?+
Up to 3 revision rounds per batch are included when changes stay within the original approved direction. Replacement footage, a new concept, or a completely new creative direction uses another edit credit.
When do we need to send footage?+
Submit footage within 45 days of purchase. Footage already submitted remains in production after that window.
Can BWC edit longer videos?+
Yes. Educational and YouTube work can be discussed as a separate add-on when it fits the material and goal.
Who is responsible for footage rights?+
You must own or have permission to use the footage, music, likenesses, and participant or guardian consents you supply. BWC cannot guarantee views, followers, enrollments, or sales.
