Hello everyone, here are my go to recovery tips I did daily as a student, ballet dancer and still to this day.
ㅤ
The things I loved most of all back in the day were my weekly massage, it was the most amazing reset, I felt brand new after it and I went every week without fail. I adored my morning hot showers. As a treat I used to go to this spa which had a snow room for the ice experience ( now I have my own plunge now that it’s fashionable )

Really I should have just stuck my body outside as it was -20 outside in St P 😂
ㅤ
Foam rolling and stretching was a weekly staple when I couldn’t get a massage during the week. It really kept my@body in check for the next day.
ㅤ
Sleep is an absolute priority and one we can’t neglect if we want to succeed and reap the rewards of all our labours.
ㅤ
I also adored a hot bath when I was at home and had that luxury 🙌
ㅤ
